New Life
As an aspiring sustainable designer, I believe the relationship shared between people and their natural environments, past and present, play a pivotal role in the design of living spaces. This sculpture, which combines traditional and contemporary mediums of clay and soil, represents the act of teaching younger generations to care for the natural environment through the act of passing a live plant from an adult's hands to a child's hands.
